Beyonce breaks the record for most Grammy nominations

Beyonce now holds the record for most Grammy nominations (41) by any female artist in history of the American recording industry. 

Her latest nomination is part of the 53rd Grammy Awards Nominations Announcement Special yesterday.

Beyonce currently holds a record for 'the record for most Grammy awards won by a female artist' in one night collecting 6 trophies, including Song of the Year for her hit single, "Single Ladies- Put a Ring on It," last year.
