Hillary Clinton vows to come back

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton arrived in Malaysia on Monday for an official visit till Nov. 3. The United States is Malaysia’s largest trading partner.

Malaysia is the 15th largest trading partner for United States according to Malaysian officials and Clinton said it was heartening to note that Transport Minister Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha had expressed Malaysia’s eagerness to broaden and deepen bilateral economic relations with the United States.

Clinton, who was visiting Malaysia for the first time this week, said she was so impressed with the development in Kuala Lumpur that she gave her personal guarantee that she would come to this country again.

“You are creating good jobs and raising incomes and uplifting people out of poverty, people who are now finally having the chance to fulfil their own dreams,’’ The Star quoted.

Before departing to Papua New Guinea, the former 1st Lady of the United States said, "So, Malaysia-America "Boleh" (the slogan used by Malaysians mean "We Can Do It")!"
