Newsweek: The World's Best Countries (2010)

Newsweek magazine offers a special survey of the world's best countries based on five categories of national well-being by economy, politics, education, health and quality of life.

In its rating, which involves 100 countries, Finland is ranked as number one, followed by Switzerland and Sweden.
