Leona Lewis had to be rescued during her Labyrinth tour gig when a hydraulic lift she had been using to transport her to and from the stage malfunctioned.
The 25-year-old X- Factor winner kicked off her tour at the Sheffield Arena on Friday night when one of the hydraulic lifts broke.
There were more problems with the lift in Liverpool on Monday, when Leona was forced to to leap to safety after the hydraulic lift failed, and tipped her sideways.
"I was lucky not to get injured. Fortunately it happened during a blackout on set so it didn't affect the show and none of the audience saw anything." The 'Bleeding Love' star told The Sun.
