Mariah Carey Pulls Out Movie On Medical Reasons

Fans of US pop diva Mariah Carey are shocked to know that she has mysteriously canceled her plan to be in Tyler Perry's next movie.

Her spokewoman reveals the decision is based on medical reasons and Perry's For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf  will begin shooting next month.

According to People.com, hubby Nick Cannon, 29, has made it clear the couple want children. Carey and Nick Cannon were spotted leaving a fertility clinic in Los Angeles last May 11.

Used to be a darling of the Billboard chart, a 41- year-old  diva has not been so lucky. Firstly, she struggled to fill up many basketball-sized venues during her Angel Advocate Tour. Secondly, despite high-profile promotion around the globe last year, Mariah Carey's 12th studio album 'Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel' has flopped and sold less than 1 million copies worldwide. Finally, she forced to scrap a plan to release a remix album due the first single from the now canceled album featuring female rapper Nikki Minaj Up Out My Face barely made at the Billboard chart peaking at #100.

"I'm not at liberty to discuss her personal life at this time," Carey's spokeswoman Cindi Berger says, declining to give a reason for Carey's withdrawal.

Time to take a rest and start a family.... :(
