Depressed people smoke more?

Put your fag down now, ya'll !

According to a study in the US released on Wednesday,  43 percent of all adults aged 20 and older who suffer from depression smoked cigarettes. Compared with 22 percent of adults who were not depressed.

Common symptoms of depression include changes in sleeping and eating patterns, reduced sex drive, excessive fatigue or feelings of worthlessness or guilt can be found in adults. However, good news is the number of adult have fallen in the US.

The data compiled by the US National Center for Health Statistics also suggests people who depressed are more likely to pick up a pack of cigarettes per day and light up within five minutes of waking up from bed.

Cant wait for a study conduct on cheese burgers and fries! :(
